Onsite Survey

We monitor the weather conditions to ensure maximum residual effectiveness of our treatments and schedule an appropriate date and time in coordination with the client. Our applications are performed exclusively outdoors, eliminating the need for interior access, connection to the onsite water or the electrical utilities.

Application and Monitoring

Our products are safe for people and pets once dried—usually within 30 minutes of application. We advise customers to keep their windows closed and their pets indoors during the treatment and for at least 30 minutes afterwards. We monitor local infestation trends and follow up with customers when additional treatments are advised.

Common Insects Found In Our Area

Spiders

Spider Egg Sac

Spider Egg Sac

Spiders can be unsettling guests in any home, often hiding in corners, basements, and garages. Exterior siding, soffits, firewood storage, and shrubs are common areas that attract spiders, providing ideal spots for webs and egg-laying. Female spiders often produce multiple silk egg sacs during their lifetime, each potentially containing over 1,000 eggs.

While most are harmless, some species can pose health risks or trigger fear and discomfort. Our spider control services target both visible spiders and the hidden areas where they nest (globular egg sack), using safe and effective treatments to eliminate infestations and prevent future ones.

We recommend two treatments:

End of May / early June

Late July / early August

Ticks

Canada is home to more than 40 species of ticks. Ticks can transmit harmful bacteria, viruses, and parasites that pose serious health risks to both people and pets.
Ticks prefer grassy, humid, and shaded environments. They are common in parks, backyards, and ditches.

Even well-maintained properties can attract ticks, making prevention and regular monitoring essential.
